Hello!
I just got a arlo pro 2 but cannot add a CVR plan; in neither the web app or the iOS app is there a possibility add a CVR plan nor upgrading it (it is at Basic level - screenshot of the settings-subscriptions page attached)
The camera is connected to power.
How do I get the CVR plan added?

It would seem that you're not in a country where upgrades in subscriptions and options are supported. There's an FAQ here that details which countries have the ability to add features.

You can use the Contact Support link at the bottom here. However, it depends on what country you set the system up in as to whether the system is seen in as being upgradeable. If you set it up in, say, East Nowhere but moved it to the US, it will still be seens as in East Nowhere.
