No recordings in library. Notification received, but no green indicator on the date.

I receive notifications, but I receive no videos on one of my cameras. Number of videos show on Library, but as soon as I hit the Library, the numbers disappear. The green indicator light on the date does not show. This has been happening since 2/16/2021. I live in mountain lion territory and have animals. NEED to see my yard.

Is a filter set in the library? Try clicking on the numbered circle in the Devices card for a camera when it's >0 and see if the videos display. Of course, that sets a filter so be sure to clear it.
