No alerts, no recording Arlo Pro 2

Hi,

 

I have two Arlo Pro 2 and a hub (VMB4500r2) that has been working fine for a few years. Detecting and recording without a subscription.

Suddenly I realize that they have not sent any alerts for 50 days and not recorded anything.

- Live view works

- Detection test works (yellow LED)

- Removed battery and inserted again

- Rebooted hub.

 

No luck.

 

Any suggestions?

Found a solution. Removed one of the cameras. Added it again and then both started to work again.
