Since the system updated, I'm now on the new version and my arlo cameras are not recording. I've now purchased a subscription, but they are still not recording. I also cannot find the customer service phone number, even though I'm now paying the subscription fee.

Go to Routines and edit your modes to ensure rules are set up properly. In the Dashboard view, select the appropriate mode to activate it.

To talk to official support, use the app to go to Settings, Support and select your camera. Scroll down to Contacts to start the process.
