Not from Arlo. 

They stopped making them in 2019.  Anything you find will either be used or old inventory.

Yes.  Check the compatibility list:

Also, many of the newer cameras can be connected directly to your home wifi, and not through the base.  For example, the Essential Gen 2 cameras.

BUT all currently sold cameras will require you to get a subscription for cloud storage. 

Note all the recordings you see on the app or my.arlo.com are in the cloud.  Pro 2 cameras were sold with 7 days of free storage, Arlo stopped offering that on new models back in 2018.
