No Manual Record Option iPhone 11 Pro Max

Arlo app is up to date running version 2.12.2 (1925).

Everything My iPhone 11 Pro Max is running iOS v13.3.

The button was there yesterday and has been there. Gone today. Shield still there.

Only button on screen is the microphone. I attached a screen shot.

Anyone have a fix?

Are you still experiencing this issue? I have the same phone & was not able to replicate this issue. Have you tried to remove & re-install the app?

Thanks for the response! I removed my local storage drive and the option returned. So it seems I can’t record manually if my storage is local using a drive plugged into the USB port.
- Is that normal?
- Is there a fix?
- Or am I an idiot and I missed a setting? (<— my money’s here)

same prolblem overhere. no recording option in the Iphone app. I can record on my laptop but not in iphone app for some reason.... No local record set. Help plz!!!

Have you removed & re-installed the Arlo app? Is this occurring on all cameras? Do you have a screenshot you can provide of the missing feature?

have only 1 camera the arlo ultra 4k  camera

I am not able to replicate this issue. I attached my image below.

  • Is this occurring over a web browser as well?
  • Can you try & remove the camera from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add it.
  • What firmware version is your Ultra camera running?

NVM i cannot record at all now. i just reconnected my cam and there is no record button in website now. i want my money back Arlo just doesnt make product that work.
