My camera comes on with night vision for about 2 seconds, then I hear a click in the audio and the night vision goes off. And the camera continues to record without the night vision. The camera is working fine except for the night vision. Anybody else having this issue or know of any fixes for this problem?

Is there a reasonable amount of ambient light? When you say night vision, do you mean the video is in black and white? Or are you referring to the IR illuminators activating?

IR illuminaters come on then go off. As far as ambient light. It hasn’t been a problem in the past. Now you have me thinking. I didn’t realize that the were not working until we had snow on the ground. I’m wondering now is the landscape lighting reflecting off the snow causing this issue.

Yeah, try moving the camera to a different location to check if the function works without the snow reflecting light
