Night Vision Is Not Working

I have 3 cameras. The night vision on the one is not working now. I checked the firm ware and it indicates it’s up to date. Any suggestions?

Pull battery and reinsert... that may fix the issue.

( also confirm the IR is toggled on in settings )

 

You can test in a dark room, the IR will glow slightly red around lens
