I have a 5 camera system (Pro2), about 6 months old. A couple of months back I began getting false alerts (alert message but no library video recorded) sporadically from each of my 5 cameras, sometimes multiples of 8 to 12 all at the same time All those were happening during the non-scheduled times; in other words, when the cameras should have been off.. I deleted and re-installed the phone app, to no avail. I then reset the base station and resync’d the cameras. I no longer got the false alerts, but started getting duplicate alerts. In other words, each alert came in twice, both at the same time. Since this was only a minor nuisance, I was OK with it. Yesterday, I received multiple alerts during a non-scheduled time: 12 from one camera, 6 from another, and 6 from a third, all time-stamped the same, but no recordings in Library. Any help or suggestions?

Hate to say it but I would completely reset the whole system and start fresh. WHile it's possible that your schedule isn't being followed as you think because you set it and are checking it with the app instead of a browser (the app has display issues that the web doesn't), I would play it safe and reset.

Note your device settings, modes, rules and schedule for easier rebuilding. Remove everything from Settings, My Devices. Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Claim the base as new and then sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go. Then use a browser to set up your modes, rules and schedule as you need. You can use a mobile browser if you set it to use the desktop version of the site.

Sadly, that is what I did, but I am still getting duplicate messages.
