I recently had the new version 5.0.4 updated on my iPhone. Now my cameras are really slow going live or reviewing alarm videos. Wife still has version 5.0.1 on her iPhone and the app works fine. Could my iPhone IOS version be too old?

If you log in to her device & she log in to your device with each others account does the same symptom occur?

I don’t see how I can log into my wife’s phone nor have her log into mine. Both have separate ids and passwords. Both phones are using the same Arlo app, except her app doesn’t have the new Arlo version downloaded yet.

Do you experience the same symptom if you log in to the Arlo app with your Arlo credentials on your Wife's phone?

I just found out that Arlo came out with a new update on their app. It is version 5.0.5. This has solved my problem with slow camera viewing. It has made a big difference. Thanks for your help!
