Pro 2 cameras don't detect motion beyond 10ft.  Regardless of sensitivity or activity zones, I can walk up to the camera and see the motion doesn't recognize anything beyond a short distance.

This issue happened a few years back also.  After trying many things, including full reset and asking for support help, it eventually solved itself.  I believe it is software related.

Recently, there was another issue where the cameras stopped recording.  I reset everything and added all the cameras back.  The cameras now record, but the motion detection range issue (10ft max) is back.  I have tried a number of things, but figured I'd ask the community to see if this is a shared/known issue.

Walking "up to" the cameras is an issue since PIR sensors don't work well in that situation. Walk across the FOV for best detection. You may need to reposition your camera to maximize the coverage. https://kb.arlo.com/37/Arlo-Camera-Placement-Tips

This has started to occur on all my pro2 Cameras recently, problems occurred on one camera at a time though over a few days. This morning the front camera then the back camera this afternoon, front camera came good again. Indoor cameras behaved the same the previous day.
