I wanted to add a subscription to my account so it told me to go the web browser and sign in I signed in but it said it didn't recognise the device so it blocked my access to account on desktop what can I do now to sign back help me?

I am having the same problem and I have tried from my phone and laptop with the same error message stating that it doesn't recognize my devices and then blocks my access. Trying to add a subscription as well. Let me know if you got it figured out.
