One camera does not recognize new batteries. Tried 3 different set of batteries. Shows orange LED.

I have 2 cameras with this set up just put new batteries in both one works fine other one I have tried 3 sets of new batteries but orange light flashes and tells me its offline

What camera is this - you don't mention? This is the Pro 2 section so a blinking amber LED usually means the battery needs to be charged.
