Ever since I HAD to upload the new ARLO app on my phone, I'm not getting any notifications. I tried to have an "online chat" with EXPERTS and they wanted me to go to a site and pay $5 for help. WTH is this?

 

I'm angry. One reason I got this system

Not really sure which arlo I have but its a Arlo pro 2. So since I uploaded new app my camera no longer records activity. I was on the phone yesterday with Arlo rep and got absolutely no where. I knew more about the system then he did. The rep was just reading from a script. Poor service. I now have an older version of Arlo on exterior of property. Why would you roll-out a new app without extensive stress testing. Really annoyed.

Regarding your app issue, have you tried to uninstall & re-download the Arlo mobile app? 

 

What version of the app are you using that is giving you the issue?

I finally CALLED Arlo Support. It turns out there was a "Notification" under "Settings" that was turned off. I didn't even know it was there!
