My feed is no longer visible in the app...
Android (current OS & firmware)
Pro 2 (x 4 cameras)
Arlo Q ( x 1 camera)
No subscription (EU based)
7 days free recording
I can see the cameras & live view, but no saved videos. I've also added a USB for local recording but still nothing shows.
Have tried:
Uninstall/reinstall app.
Force stop
Delete cache
Change location setting (only one)
Add/remove feed sources
Restart hub
Please help me get this resolved

I discovered that I had been using my original account, which I had registered while living in the Middle East. Now I'm back in Europe. I registered a new account this evening with a different email address and set up the system again. However now I'm experiencing a different problem. Calls from my Audio Doorbell are not coming through to my phone. Instead I get a notification saying someone has pressed the doorbell.

Hi @bluefoam
Did you remove the base station and devices? It's currently registered under a gmail account and online.

Thanks for the update. For your doorbell inquiry, do you see the silent mode option within the device settings? if so, do you have that enabled? A simple troubleshooting step, if you haven't tried it all already, would be to remove and reinstall the app.
