My account seems to have been reset. I have no access to cameras or hub and the app has no devices set up. There is nobody to help. I've been a subscriber for 3 years.

After purchasing a new iPhone and attempting access to the Arlo app all my cameras and setup disappeared. My subscription has disappeared. There is nobody to talk to at Arlo because you think the AI & chatbots actually work. How can you expect a customer to keep paying you a subscription when you don't even have someone to help when there is a problem. It's easy enough to buy a Ring system or another security system that actually has a phone number to talk to a human.

Are you using the same username/password that you were using with the old phone?
Can you log in to a PC (my.arlo.com), and see if your cameras show up there?

I am having this same issue. I bought a new phone and upon opening my Arlo app, my cameras are missing and it shows I have no subscription. How were you able to fix this?

Are you using the same credentials to log into the app as you used on the old phone?
