My Arlo pro 2 froze now won't reconnect

First it froze up and showed as "busy" even with no battery in it. I tried to re sync it several times, acted like it did (flashing lights, says linked to base) but still frozen. I "removed" it as a device, now it can't or wont appear or reconnect. What do I do next?

Got ahold of them via a chat link. Needed to remove the battery and unplug the base for a couple of minutes, then reboot it all and then I was able to re add the camera. Thanks for the help!

Use the remove device in settings to delete the cam from base... Pull battery and put back to reset camera... Power button reboot base , off then on....bring back camera as if new with resync

I did all that, and unfortunately it has never become visible again to the base.
