My Arlo Pro 2 system has gone offline. It has always worked fine and the batteries are charged.

My Arlo Pro 2 system has gone offline. It has always worked fine and the batteries are charged.  My devices are also not showing up when I try and access ARLO. Can anyone offer any suggestions on to how to correct these two problems?

Try resetting the base, and adding everything again.
