My Arlo Pro 2 Is Offline

All 4 cameras and doorbell recording properly but base shows offline. All lights on base green, but recordings disappear after 24 hours. Have restarted and rebooted twice, still shows offline. Base sits right next to router so distance not a problem. Internet working fine on all other hardware. Help!

Log out of the app and back in. Try a browser. Any difference?
