Arlo Security Camera Questions

I have bought new arlo 2 camera I ahve two questions
1) if I mount it on wall and would like the camera to capture the images on the floor then how can I do that as it does not cover the floor. Can I move the camera from my mobile device like right or left ?
2) there is delay of amin between what it captures and what I see on my phone

1) The camera does not have the ability to move at all. You must position it so you can see what you need.

2) The video ust completely upload to the servers before you can see it. The length of the recording and the upload speed from your ISP determines how fast you can see the video.
