One of my cameras will not sync. I thought it was a bad battery and I have replaced it but have the same problem. I have reset the base station, deleted the camera, can't re-add and if it lights up, it is just amber/blue. Sometimes I can see the IR lights as well.
Tried all previous solutions that I could find.

Try briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it - and then the camera button. If that doesn't help it sounds like the camera has a major fault. You've done what I would have suggested.
