Wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem as me?

 

My Arlo portal working all fine showing my 5 cameras for sometime now using two step verification, then overnight without any changes on my side, an issue where by the devices screen shows as follows.

Library & Mode are working OK but choosing a device in settings results in a blank screen. Can view all cameras on Arlo app on phone and iPad so don't think it is a camera sync with base station problem.

iMac running macOS Big Sur. Tried on MacBook Air running Big Sur. Same problem. Same issue on both Safari & Chrome. Have rebooted both base station & computer. Disconnected and reconnected ethernet etc.

 

Any thoughts?

Sorry, an addendum to my message. Its seems the screen shot didn't load so I describe the devices screen as such.

 

A blank page except for a blank rectangle for one camera and a logo (no text- I think it is the add devices button) that when pressed sends me to an Arlo app page.

I am not able to replicate this issue with safari or chrome. Can you try & clear your browsers cache and test again?

Cleared both caches and rebooted. Unfortunately no Joy!
