Mounting Arlo Anchor to concrete

I am sure this quesiton has come up a million times, but I could not find the answer.  I just ordered the Arlo Pro camera system to be delivered today by Amazon.  I want to set up a camera outside at the front door which is concerete.

 

What is the easiest/secure way to install the mount.  I have a regular dill, but do I need to go out and buy a special drill, drill bit, etc to mount to concrete (never had before) or is there more easier way to secure the mount (i.e. double sided tape)?

To drill concrete you need a hammer drill and a carbide tipped bit.

 

Velcro sells sets of hook and loop strips in different sizes with adhesive backing. They have a heavy duty version designed to adhere to cinderblock or brick. I think that might work. Something like this:
