Recently I started getting alerts for motion and cars when nothing is there.

I have the smart addon.

The past 2 days it has missed the ups truck and the driver walking up to my door.

Very annoying.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
