Arlo Pro 2 - None of my cameras are charging.

None of my cameras are charging.  I have reset things, tried all batteries in all cameras

are you using the original adapter and cable....?

if so, maybe the adapter or cable is bad.

the Pro2 should charge on a 5v usb with at least 1.0a output. ( pro 1 def needs the qualcomm dual voltage charger )

Are you using the arlo web portal with browser? If so can you compare the battery icon status with the arlo mobile app version?
