My Mic icon on three out of four camera has disappeared.  Also my battery icon status shows plugged in when its not.  Please help!!

You could try powering off the base station for a few seconds then powering it back up and see if that clears the problem.

Check the camera status on both you mobile app and on your computer. If both places are showing the same thing, I would contact Customer Support at the green banner near the bottom of the page.

If only the mobile app is showing incorrectly, delete the app and reinstall it.
