• Hi. I have the VMB4000 and 4 Arlo pro 2 cameras. Suddenly they have stopped recording for the free 7 days on February 10th. I was under the assumption that this era and model is still eligible for the free seven days. Is there any reason why this has happened? And is it happened to anyone else? Kind of strange because I did not do anything or change any settings, it just stopped on its own.

It is.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?

Have you tried rebooting the base?  Maybe also reboot the cameras (take out the batteries for about 10 seconds and then reinsert them).

The free recording for legacy cameras is still in effect....

I would ask you to check for another issue.... what are the leds on the base showing ?
