Lost view on one camera through the app but getting motion detected notifications

My husband and I both have admin. privileges through the Arlo app. Recently, I can only view one of our cameras on the app but I am still getting motion detected notifications from the camera I can’t see. My husband is able to view both camera devices. I have tried to add device many times with failed attempts. I also deleted and re-installed the app. Nothing is working.
What do I do?

Who is the primary user? I suspect it's your husband. He should check Settings, Grant Access for your access to make sure all cameras are selected properly.

He has granted me access. I’ve searched through all his settings and I can’t find anything that wouldn’t allow me to see that camera.
