Login Issue Does not recognize device

When I try to login it says it doesn’t recognize device. It’s my same phone and haven’t changed anything. Changed password and still doesn’t work.

Same thing is happening to my mother. She's trying to get in touch with customer support now.

Support will not allow me to talk to anyone. It’s like they just shut everything down. No support other than this.

I too am having the same issue. I’ve had my new phone for a while now and have had no issues, but for some reason, when I tried signing into my account today, it says that it does not recognize my device, and I have no way to add my device to the trusted devices. For some reason my flood light is coming up as a trusted device, which is weird and the other phone is no longer with me. I am not sure what to do.

I finally got in today. Wow that was crazy. I wonder why it wouldn’t send a notification to verify my phone. Hope this doesn’t happen again. Thank you all.
