I've been having an issue recently where videos aren't saving to the local storage anymore. I've tried rebooting, formatting the HD, plugging into a different USB port. I'm not too sure what else to try or what the issue is

Are you getting cloud recordings? Try a USB thumb drive on the chance of some incompatibility with the hard drive. Are you formatting using the link in the local drive settings?

Yup, i'm getting cloud recordings, but when i move the cameras off the subscription i can't see any local videos. The HD i've had was working for the past few years, and only recently it stopped recording to the HD. I've formatted it as well from the app and it still says it has the max amount of storage avaiable, so i'm at a loss at what could be happening
