Had huge problem with iphone XS max not playing back saved videos. It was fixed by Apple. Now when i go to live view, it locks up my phone completely. Please help

2.6.3 is in the App Store, supposedly it fixes the xs max issue.

Yup, there are several threads here on the issues with Iphone XS\XS Max. Rest assured Arlo is working on the issues.

How did you fix it? Same problem. My iPhone 7 worked great with my Arlo pro 2 set up. This iPhone X’s max freezes and shuts down every time I try to look at live video. And everything else is extremely slow.

If you go to App Store, the update for Arlo is there (instead of just automatic updating). Once you do the update it works again. So happy it was an easy fix
