Hi,

 

I do not need to be able to view the live stream all the time however at times need to be able to view it live for 24 hours or more. We could continualy log back in but it is highly inconvienient for what seems like should be a simple fix or option paid or unpaid.

 

The cameras are plugged in so its not a power consumption issue and this seems like a software issue or web browser issue. I dont need to have this recoreded, just viewable live. 

 

Can this be made to happen, or is there already an option to have this happen?

The system won't allow you to do this through the interface but you can subscribe to CVR to accomplish this.

Fortunately, it is called the CVR plan and not anything too cryptic.  Look halfway down on the page at this link.

thats all fine and good however when i go to their plans the cvr does not come up as an option for me anywhere

You have to login on the web interface to set that up.  I’m not sure why they don’t seem to offer it on the app.

i have been in on the web interface and cant seem to find it. not sure whats up

If you log in and then follow the link I posted does it not get you there?  I used Safari on my Mac.  If that doesn’t work, try another browser also.
