Library not working anymore. Doesn't store in library.

As from the purchase my PRO 2 Triple Pack functioned well. Now since a few days the library is not working anymore. The registration of movements on all cameras is working but there is no more storage in the library. I've always understood that this should be included without subscription for a couple of weeks. the only (maybe relevant) remark I can make is that I bought an additional PRO 3 camera, as the PRO 2 was not anymore available. It could easily be linked to the PRO 2 set. Could this camera be the disturbing factor? Thanks, Ruud van den Merkenhof in the Netherlands.

The Pro 3 requires a subscription to record to the cloud after the 3 month trial subscription. Otherwise, all should be the same as before. Try rebooting the base. It may be necessary to remove all devices and start fresh to clear out any weird behavior.

Thanks for your advice about rebooting the base and reconnecting the cameras.
The original Pro 2 system is working like before.
However, the library is only working after several extra pushes on the refreshing button and/or changing over to a previous date and back to the present day...(?)
Still there is my earlier disappointment.
About 2 years ago I bought an Arlo Pro 2 system with 3 cameras with 1 week video storage (free of charge).
Recently I buy one extra (more expensive) camera Pro 3, because Pro 2 not any more available.
Now, this new Pro 3 camera is not accepted by the library without subscription.
For me buying a more expensive Pro 3 camera is actually acceptable but I find unforeseen changing over to a storage to pay system unacceptable.

@Merkenhof The subscription for cloud recordings started with model's released starting with the Ultra in 2018 after the free trial expires. It is on the box though small and product page of Pro3.
