I am getting notifications, but the videos are not always in my library. Sometimes they are some times they never show up. Sometimes they show up hours later.

Can you reboot the base station & test this again. Is your base station updated to the latest firmware? Have you checked on the Arlo Mobile App & the Web Portal?
