Latest firmware update (oct 18):
- Arlo smart won’t recognize subscription
- video not recording on motion
- not sending notifications
- practically bricked my one and only cam

  What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

Shayne - I've reset the base station, removed cam, added it back. Twice. Unsubscribed to Arlo Smart.

 

I can see and hear live video, but motion detection /notifications is still not working after the October 18 update. The only thing that has been working for the last two days is audio detection / notifications.

 

Any ideas on what to try next?

@DaveVilo As I read more I found that if you press the sync button on the arlo device and reset it that may fix problem. We have not had anything working since update. We just did the sync button and now we are back working with all cameras!! 🙂
