Arlo 2 wireless camera was recording in night vision with no problem and it stopped all of sudden. It records only in color. I try to restart base station and camera but no success. I n the app I also tried to toggle night vision off and on but it still doesn’t switch to night vision. There is a street lite outside but that was not affecting night vision before ... any one that can help ? Greatly appreciate

That simply means there's enough ambient light to record in color. Color recording requires more light. Did you add external lighting someplace?

Hi, @jguerdat thank you for respond.... It is only street light which is not that bright. Nothing changed. After couple of days I noticed that night vision sometimes works sometimes not. I’ll take cam tonight to the dark place and ch check if night vision is triggered.
