Keeps buffering with no connection

Make it connect better! It keeps buffering with no connection! Please make it work properly! Thinking of getting another service that works. What is the use of having a security camera for safety if it will not work properly? Please!

Are you seeing this problem happening on the Arlo iOS/Android app and/or web client on your browser?

The downloaded Arlo app for Android from Google play and says I have the latest software? Just keeps buffering and takes a very long time to connect and even had more of a delayed reaction before a notification. This used to work great but not now. I have tried disconnect ing the wireless hub and removing the Arlo app and reinstalling it to no avail. Still having problems
