Lost the connection between base and camera.

I factory reset the base station and reconnect the camera to the basestation succesfully.

After 10 minutes the connection is lost between the base station and camera.

I tried to remove the battery from Pro 2 and reinsert again after 30-45 seconds and then the connection is up running again.

After 5-10 minutes, the connection is lost again.

All happens even though the camera is between 1-3 meters from the basestation.

WHAT TO DO??

Tried to move the basestation about 1,2 meter away from the router - and that fixed the issue! 👌🏻

Is it only ONE camera?

Is the base very close to your router ( possible interference )?

No, actually it is top cameras which have the same problems.

Yes, in March I updated my router to a mesh router and tv’et are placed 40 cm from each otter (same as before upgrading).
This could be it.

I have “tech”-Closet with all my devices (arlo, router, etc) - how much distance should Therese be betweeen basestation and router?
