Okay, these are pretty fresh tenergy batteries so it is not the batteries. What a nightmare as we have to climb on ladders to get the cameras down to charge them. We had 25% life on them but since we live in a cold area wanted to get a good charge on them because of snow coming. So the entire night our main areas were not protected because of this. This is more than an inconvience to have to bring ladders out again to take them down and recharge.  There is no way that both of these cameras with newer tenergy batteries that were working just fine til we charged them, would discharge with zero recordings or live vew within hours. PLEASE help because these cameras are for safety and now we have no safety!

First, reboot your base and see if that helps. Perhaps the batteries aren't actually drained.

Well unfortunately that sure didn't work. They still show as totally dead, and for sure they are not. Someone help this is awful not to have the cameras in a crucial area.

How are you sure they're not dead? What happens when you insert the battery? You should immediately see a blue LED flsh, a pause and then several blue blinks.

Sounds like th enuclear option is needed - reset the whole system and start fresh.

Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. After the base reboots to green power and Internet LEDs, claim the base normally using the Add Device button (web) or + (app). Sync the cameras (hopefully you can leave them in place to sync as mentioned previously).

Since you were so kind to take the time to try and help I wanted to tell you and anyone else that might have this happen the outcome and what we did.  We literally had to take the batteries out and do a reset, sync about 5 times to finally get them working. They are fine batteries are fully charged for the past couple of days, so they aren't draining as they did and went dead as previously stated. So the bottom line is, you really have to fiddle around and not give up!!

Thank you for your help!
Happy Holidays
