Is there a way to have more than one user with full access?

When signed in through the original user, they can access video and audio settings, but in the guest account, they can't access that.  Is there a way to have more than one user with full access? (both on app and the website)

Not full access but 90-95% when granting access and adding the Grant Access Rights at the bottom of the Grant Access screen for each user.
