Is there a way to activate the alarm, on shared device -- Arlo Pro 2

I have two separate accounts, in different locations.  I'm sharing the account with each other.  I have given administrative permission to both accounts.  I would like to be able to activate the siren / alarm from either account.   At this time I can only activate the alarm from the main account, I can not activate the shared account siren / alarm .  Is there a way to be able to activate the siren/ alarm from the shared accounts?

Hi @Timmy406

 

You should be able to trigger the siren from the red shield logo with an exclamation mark (on the front page/top right). Do you have another account you can test this with to see if it works from there? have you tried a phone/tablet & web browser?

Yes I have the red badge in the up corner.  That will only let me trigger the alarm for the hub I manage.  I can not trigger the alarm for shared hubs.  I would like to trigger shared Hubs alarms.
