I have two separate accounts, in different locations. I'm sharing the account with each other. I have given administrative permission to both accounts. I would like to be able to activate the siren / alarm from either account. At this time I can only activate the alarm from the main account, I can not activate the shared account siren / alarm . Is there a way to be able to activate the siren/ alarm from the shared accounts?
You should be able to trigger the siren from the red shield logo with an exclamation mark (on the front page/top right). Do you have another account you can test this with to see if it works from there? have you tried a phone/tablet & web browser?
For personalized support specific to the Arlo products you own, access Support from within the Arlo iOS or Android App. Simply login to your Arlo App, go to Settings, Support, then select the Arlo product you would like support for.
