I purchased the outdoor 8 foot Arlo wire to plug my Arlo Pro 2 camera into our home. I’ve noticed others saying the camera will still work with or without the battery installed. My question: Is it bad for the battery to be installed in the camera while having the outdoor 8 foot Arlo wire connected? Does providing constant power to the Alro Pro 2 and it’s battery harmful to the battery? Is it better to have the battery uninstalled from the camera when connect to the outdoor 8 foot Arlo wire vs having the battery constantly at 100%?
Thanks in advanced

Li-ion batteries really shouldn't be charged to 100% and left on the charger. Arlo gets around this by actually charging the battery to 80%, the safe limit, but displays 100% (thus, you have 100% of that 80%). This is assuming you're charging in the camera and not the external charging station which will actually charge to the true 100%.
So, you're safe using the outdoor charger with the battery installed.
