Is the hub an access point? If so can I connect to it with a wireless capable device, i.e. tablet or phone with arlo app? Is it possible to view the video feeds without using the cloud or routing the video through arlo? i.e. connecting arlo hub to my own access point (not the internet) and viewing/controlling features on separate device connected to my access point with app.
