I am unable to open up my Iphone 13 Arlo App on my Iphone. My IOS is 16.5 and is up to date. The App has worked fine for years, this just started recently (2 weeks ago). (not sure if it was after the update to 16.5). I have contacted Arlo and they had me do the open up iCloud in airplane mode fix (did not work), uninstall app and reinstall (did not work) and Reset Network settings (did not work). I was assigned a case number and they send me the iCloud solutions which is not resolving my issue as I had already tried it with the agent over the phone. Anyone else having this issue ? Is it IOS16.5 ? Any solutions ?

Ok,I just got mine to work now. I’m not sure what stepped actually did it, but here you go… offload data in Storage, then deleted the app, then redownloaded the app, but do NOT open app. Switch to airplane mode and turn off wifi if on. Then open Arlo app. Mine went to the log in page so I turned airplane mode off and was able to sign back in. So confusing, but good luck!

I’m having the same issue. I have IOS 16.5 and it just stopped working yesterday. I just get the blue screen with the home image at top. I’ve offloaded the data, reinstalled, restarted phone and none of that is working. It works fine for my husbands phone, but he only has 16.1 so I don’t know if the new update could be the problem.

Thank you very much. That worked for me. I think what I had not done before was to offload the Arlo data in storage. Really appreciate the help 👍🏼🤗

Yes, I am having the same issue with my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have been using the app for years and have many cameras for years with other iphones, including 13 Pro Max. It will not function on the 14 Pro Max, just freezes on the arlo logo blue screen. I have hard reset the phone many times, software is up to date with 16.5 (20F66). Works fine on my ipad and other devices. Apple says it's a Arlo App issue, but Arlo is not providing any acknowledgment of the issue.
