I have resent the same friend invite several times and nobody got the emails. I don't know what else to do.

Have they checked the spam/junk folders? Can you try and send it to another email address to see if that one receives the invite?

I have the same problem. Shared access to a couple of working email addresses but no emails are sent to them. Nothing in spam or any other folder. It simply looks like no emails are sent.

Oh, I got it working now. I had to share to an email that is not already registered with Arlo.
