Internet disconnects after 10-20 seconds after connecting Base Station but resumes when removed

I have purchased the Arlo Pro 2 with 4 cameras in USA at Best Buy in November 2019. I am in India and connected to internet after going through all the instructions. I am having problem that once it connects to internet router by Ethernet cable it works only 10-20 seconds and afterwards immediately internet service will be disconnected. After removing the cable from the base station (VMB4500) and disconnecting internet service will be resumed. I have reset the base station but same problem persists,
internet speed is more than 50 Mbps and high speed reputed one.
Is any software is to be updated ? Please guide me in the matter.
