Push to talk not working with my cellular data - works on Wi-Fi

it is weird that my alro pro 2 push to talk is not working when I use my cellular data android phone, but is working when i use wifi . I got latest app,and I check my microphone permission. when I use iphone it has no problem. plz help

What version of the Arlo mobile app are you using?

 

Also, what OS version is your android phone using?

I am using the arlo version 3.8, and my android phone os is android 10. everything works perfect under wifi. but when I use my cellular data,push to talk just wait forever. before september my arlo app works no problem, but after I receive the email that I need to install the new app. I installed the new app, the push to talk function is no longer be working.
