Many times, it can be a flash issue.... the fact is it works on 2 browsers but noT ie/edge

Lessee - it used to work and then MS did something that broke it so it's Arlo's fault.
Not to mention that Edge has never been a supported browser.

Instead of trying to play saved videos in Edge, Download > Open.
Not perfect but it works.
