After IOS 16.2 installation and last Arlo app update, I can not log into my account from my mobile phone (iPhone XR) anymore. From web it is ok. After entering username and password, I directly receive a Carlo code via SMS but I do not have the possibility to enter this number anywhere. It is URGENT please!!

Still yes. Unable to log in and use my cameras since almost a week now 😞

So far nobody contacted me 😞  almost 2 weeks now that I can not use my ARLO cameras!

Now almost 2 months have passed since I cannot use my Arlo Camera with my phone. I've been in touch with Arlo support team who just kept on saying that they will fix the issue but nothing. Is this the Arlo reliability? Is this Arlo customer service?

3 months!

 

3 months now than can not use my ARLO cameras anymore!
